I still have all four of my wisdom teeth that I’ve needed to remove since high school! It may not sound that bad, but considering that I’m now in my mid-late 20s and still haven’t taken care of this, it can only make things worse. If I don’t brush my teeth 2 times a day or floss at least once, my gums can feel sore or inflamed. It definitely doesn’t make you feel pretty!
Recently, I switched to Colgate Total* Advanced Health* Daily Repair, which is designed to help repair early teeth and gum issues by helping prevent cavities, plaque, and kill bacteria that could cause gingivitis and also prevents tartar build-up with brushing. This toothpaste also helps with sensitive teeth as you continue to use it.
It’s been a month since I’ve been using Colgate Total* Advanced Health* Daily Repair and I’ve noticed that my gums feel better, and this toothpaste also gets bonus points for having a light mint taste. Of course, this doesn’t mean that I won’t be getting my wisdom teeth removed, because that is still a problem I need to deal with. One of my resolutions for this year is to get into better oral health habits and take some time off work to have my wisdom teeth removed, and now that you all know my confession, it motivates me to get it done even more.
Since I’ve shared my #ColgateDailyRepair confession, I’d love to hear yours! When it comes to your teeth, what is one thing that you need to pay attention to more or take care of?
